• Home address (Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country)
• Driver license # and state of issuance
• Reservation pick-up date, time, and location
• Reservation drop-off date, time, and location
• Other reservation details (items being rented, purchase of damage waiver, promo code, agreement to liability waiver, or any other reservation details)
• Payment information (collected and processed by Braintree via their Drop-in payment UI, this may include credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo details)

The following information is collected when creating an account/profile:

• First name

• Phone number (optional)
• Email address (for sign-in)
• Password (for sign-in)
• Reservation history

The following information may be collected automatically when using our web site:

• Device and/or browser information

Cookies

Cookies are key-value pair (KVP) data items sent from a web site and stored on a visitor's hard drive.  We use cookies to track your browsing session to preserve your reservation details and/or sign-in information between URL requests on our web site.  Your personal reservation details and your personal sign-in information is NOT stored in a cookie, rather, we store an encrypted ID in the cookie that corresponds to your personal information that is stored on a secure database server.  If you are concerned about cookies being stored on your device, you can set your browser to not allow cookies automatically.  However, not allowing cookies to be stored automatically might result in certain features of web sites you visit to not operate correctly.

• Reservations: To carry out and perform our obligation to administer and complete your reservation contract that we have with you.

• Legal: To resolve legal disputes or complaints if and when lawful requests of personal data occurs and compliance to law enforcement agencies is legitmate and necessary.
